Our Women’s Muay Thai program is designed to provide a supportive and empowering space for women to build strength, confidence, and skill. A TYPICAL 1-HOUR CLASS
1. Conditioning & Dynamic Stretching
The class begins with conditioning exercises aimed at elevating your heart rate and enhancing muscular strength. Activities include bodyweight movements like pushups, squats, burpees, and high knees. Occasionally, equipment like skipping ropes, kettlebells, and weights are incorporated to keep the workouts engaging and effective.

2. Shadowboxing
Shadowboxing is a key component of the training, where you practice strikes against an imaginary opponent. This exercise helps refine techniques, improve agility, and build muscle memory while visualizing sparring scenarios.

3. Pad Work & Partner Drills
The lesson segment focuses on developing real-world Muay Thai techniques through pad work and partner drills. These activities are designed to improve your striking accuracy, coordination, and power in a controlled, supportive environment.

4. Core & Abdominal Training
Core strength is a crucial aspect of Muay Thai, and this segment targets your midsection with exercises like planks, sit-ups, and crunches. These workouts not only enhance your balance and endurance but also help sculpt your physique.

5. Bow Out
To conclude the class, participants come together for a traditional bow out, expressing gratitude and respect by saying, "Sawadee Ka"—a Thai gesture of acknowledgment and farewell.
