I started my journey a couple decades back under the lineage of the popular Siam #1.  As you can expect from someone who trained at Siam, I place a large emphasis on technique and the application of that technique in a controlled environment.  My goal is to provide my students with a warm and welcoming environment to learn and grow, while still ensuring that the integrity of true authentic muay thai is passed on to the next generation. 

I will do my best to to help you achieve your goals and help you transform through the practice of martial arts and fitness.   ​

I enjoyed training and to compete, but by far my passion lies in coaching.  I coach a couple classes a week at Legacy and enjoy every minute of it.  The best part of coaching is when I get to see my students grow and achieve success.  It gives my job meaning and purpose.  I look forward to consulting with you and see how I can help.
