Tuesdays at 7:00pm-8:00pm

1. Conditioning & dynamic stretching

Conditioning includes a variety of different exercises that will increase the heart rate and improve muscular strength and endurance.  Exercises can include basic body based movements like pushups, squats, burpees, jumping jacks, running man, high knees etc.  Sometimes we incorporate skipping and utilize other special equipment like weights, kettlebells, etc. It is up to the coach’s discretion.

Shadowboxing is an activity where you are performing your strikes against an imaginary opponent.  The goal here is to refine technique as well as visualizing yourself sparring against an opponent in order to work on agility and muscle memory.
